A major move for the almost-repeat NFL champ Seahawks was announced today. They have acquired Pro Bowl Tight End Jimmy Graham of the New Orleans Saints for Hawks center Max Unger and a 31st pick in the draft.
Clearly the Seahawks think the six foot-seven, 270 pound Graham will mesh nicely with still up and coming quarterback Russel Wilson. Wilson has found his team lacking in a consistent threat from the TE position in recent seasons and the addition of Graham might very well eliminate that deficiency. Reports out of Seattle are already indicating Wilson and Graham are already scheduling work outs together.
Graham has been described as the best TE in the entire league.
Now it will be left to him and his new teammates to see if he fits in with them personality-wise. If so, the Seahawks are looking that much better to make another run in 2016:
MAC IS BACK.
