God grant you lightness in your step,
A smile on every face you meet,
Loved ones gathered at your hearth,
And at your door, good friends to greet.
A holy hymn upon your lips,
A window candle burning bright,
And may the Good Lord bless your heart,
And come to dwell here Christmas night.
I hope this message finds you all happy and well.
It’s been another busy year with successes, challenges, and all things in between. Our oldest child graduated university while our youngest is in her second year. I imagine grandparenting isn’t too far behind, something that was inconceivable to us not so long ago. Where time once walked at a leisurely pace it seems these days it wants nothing less than an increasingly determined sprint.
In case you haven’t already heard via my social media shout-outs, my latest standalone novel is due to be released next month – January 2019. It’s titled Mr. Diaz’s Revenge and is a quick-paced thriller that explores the subjects of gun rights/gun control, education, media manipulation, political correctness, the role of government vs personal freedoms, etc.
I believe a great many of you are going to like it. I’ll be sure to update you again in January when the book goes live.
After Mr. Diaz I plan to have book #5 of my San Juan Islands Mystery series, Roche Harbor Rogue, ready to go by summer of 2019.
And if you haven’t yet read my latest release, The Bowman Boys, please take a moment to check it out HERE:
Until next time, stay safe, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and God bless.
